Gabriel Rench is an entrepreneur, media executive, and business strategist who builds companies, audiences, and platforms rooted in conviction. Before media, Gabriel spent more than a decade growing into VP of Business Development at EMSI (now Lightcast), one of America’s foremost labor-market analytics firms, building enterprise sales across higher education, workforce, and economic development.
He now serves as Vice President of Business Development for Westwin Elements, America’s only Class 1 nickel refinery, on critical-minerals strategy and government affairs, while also running Pengo Media, his media and PR consultancy, and Rench Solutions, his business-consulting practice.
